Description

This is the first part of a two semesters course. In this part, we will introduce the etale cohomology and explain Deligne’s work on Weil conjecture. In the second part which will be held next year, we will explain the theory of perverse sheaves of Goresky-MacPherson and Beilinson-Bernstein-Deligne-Gabber.
