The main responsibilities of the Working Group on Graduate Program is to recruit and cultivate graduate students. According to the relevant requirements of Tsinghua, the Working Group decides important issues of graduate enrollment and participates in the management of all links of graduate training.

In order to attract, cultivate and employ high-level innovative talents, establish a flexible mechanism conducive to talent flow, and further standardize the post-doctoral management of YMSC, the Leading work Group on Postdoctoral Program of Tsinghua University has set up a post doctoral working group in YMSC, which is responsible for the routine work of post-doctoral recruitment, inbound and outbound, on-site management and so on.
