We are thrilled to announce the 2nd AI4Science Beijing Meet-up — returning on 2026. Confimed Date June 14th, 2026!
A huge thank you to everyone who made last year’s inaugural meet-up unforgettable.
The reception was overwhelming: we had to close registration only a few days after opening. Many of you couldn’t get a spot — and we heard you.
This year, seats will again be strictly first come, first served.

Prof. Angelica Aviles-Rivero（YMSC, Tsinghua University), Prof. Bin Dong （Peking University） and Prof. Lu Lu (Yale University） are the General Chairs.

Registration Process
To ensure fair allocation of conference resources, we have optimised this year's registration process. All arrangements are made with academic sustainability and fairness to every applicant as the guiding principles.
A Two-Step Registration Process
Due to the strong interest received last year, with registration reaching capacity in couple of days, we will adopt a two-step registration process this year to ensure a fair and orderly allocation of seats.
Step 1 – Pre-registration (opens this Sunday!)
Participants are invited to complete a short pre-registration form. Pre-registration is intended to help us estimate attendance interest. Please note that pre-registration does not guarantee a seat.
Step 2 – Confirmation & Final Registration
Participants will receive registration invitations in the order of pre-registration, subject to venue capacity. If selected, you will receive an email with instructions for completing final registration.
