Abstract:

Dimitrov-Haiden-Katzarkov-Kontsevich introduced the notion of categorical entropy for exact endofunctors of triangulated categories. In this talk, I would like to talk about categorical entropy for K3 surfaces. Using homological mirror symmetry, we construct a symplectic Torelli mapping class of positive categorical entropy on some symplectic K3 surface. This talk is based on the joint work with Kohei Kikuta.
