I will discuss applications of Hodge theory in solving certain interesting equations related to deformations of complex structures.
Kefeng Liu is known for his solutions of several famous conjectures in geometry, topology and string theory. He has received the Guggenheim fellowship and the Morningside gold medal. He is an 2002 ICM invited speaker, and currently a professor of mathematics at University of California, Los Angele.
