Abstract

Over recent years, we have witnessed many new symmetric-key primitives designed forlightweight devices or dedicated use cases. To make the design andevaluation more efficient, the security evaluation againstdifferential/linear/integral/correlation attacks have tobe performed by search tools. This talk is about the MILP-based automatic search methodand its applications.

Description

Yingjie Zhang is a Ph.D. candidate at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), doing research in the areas of automatic cryptanalysis of symmetric-key primitives and lightweight cryptography, under the supervision of Prof. Lei Hu. She is expected to receive a Ph.D. from UCAS in 2021.
