On October 14-15, 2023, the first Postdoctoral Research and Academic Meeting of YMSC for the fall semester was held in Shuangqing Complex Building. Postdocs from YMSC of Tsinghua University, Yanqi Lake Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications, and the Morningside Center of Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as faculty and students from Tsinghua University's Department of Mathematical Sciences and Qiuzhen College, totaling more than 90 participants, attended the meeting. Professor Shing-Tung Yau chaired the meeting.
27 postdocs presented their latest research progress, and teachers and students participated extensively in the discussion, which promoted academic exchanges and cooperation, and at the same time brought new thoughts and inspirations to different fields of mathematical research.
The meeting was hosted by YMSC. Members of the YMSC Postdoctoral Working Group Song Wei, Sheng Mao, Ling-Yan Hung, Yang Fan, Yitwah Cheung, and Lin Jianfeng attended the meeting.
