Abstract: In this talk, I will first review the rigidity and sphere theorems for submanifolds, which are motivations of our research on mean curvature flow.

Then I will discuss some convergence results for mean curvature flow of arbitrary codimension. At last, I will talk about our recent results

on the rigidity of ancient mean curvature flow under curvature pinching conditions.

This talk is based on the joint works with Prof. Kefeng Liu, Prof. Hongwei Xu and Dr. Li Lei.
