Abstract:

 

Let A be a finite dimensional algebra over a field K. Hochschild extension algebras of A by a duality A-bimodule are self-injective. If A is indecomposable (connected), then those Hochschild extension algebras are indecomposable, but the converse is not true in general. I will explain when Hochschild extension algebras are indecomposable and Frobenius. This is from a joint work with A. Skowronski.
